Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging

Once reviewed, we will assess the issue and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or suitable resolution at our discretion.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
