- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details (where applicable).
Shipping Times
Shipping times may vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method:

- Express Shipping (Australia): 1–3 business days

Shipping Address

- Delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

Lost or Delayed Shipments
Once an order has been dispatched, it is under the responsibility of the courier service.

Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
